What is this "TRAPFIT"
and what's all the fuss about?!

TRAPFIT™ classes will give you a place to have fun while working up a big sweat! Each class begins with a warmup that includes deep stretching and mobilization of the joints. This is followed by conditioning work done both off and on the trapeze. This will activate and awaken the muscles of the body needed for a successful trapeze experience. The remainder of class is spent learning various exercises and maneuvers on the low-flying static trapeze.
A TRAPFIT™ class will utilize many muscle groups including: the abdominals, biceps, triceps, forearm flexors, calves, hamstrings, shoulders, chest and back. These classes are done in a progressive manner. As students become more advanced they will open up the opportunity for more advanced movements. TrapFit™ is a workout that will provide constant challenges, goals and acheivements. Students will leave feeling awakened and ready to conquer the world!
